Every creation from Exclusive Custom Jewelry is crafted with the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We stand behind every item we sell and offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear conditions.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for non-custom items in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us directly. All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Need a different size or style? We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase for rings purchased from our collection. Exchanges for a different item are subject to availability and any price difference.
