These Terms of Service govern your use of exclusivecustomjewelry.com and any purchase from Exclusive Custom Jewelry, 9745 Snipe St, Edmond, OK 73025 ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Returns policy.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our jewelry accurately. Gemstones and handcrafted items naturally vary, and colors may look different on different screens. Carat weights are approximate and may be stated as total weight. Product images may show metal or stone options other than the one you select.

Some items are made to order or sourced from our designers and vendors after you order. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel any order for that item and refund your payment in full, even after the order has been confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or when we cannot verify payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Financing through Affirm is subject to approval and to Affirm terms. Sales tax is charged as described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

• •Custom work begins after you approve the design and pay the required deposit. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once design or production has started.
• •Renderings and sketches are representations. The finished creation may vary slightly in proportion, color and detail.
• •Timelines are estimates and may change based on materials, vendor schedules and design revisions.
• •Custom creations are final sale. Any balance is due before the finished creation ships or is picked up.
• •Designs we create remain our intellectual property unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may not reproduce them for resale.

Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy. Warranty coverage is described on our Warranty and Care page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package.

When you leave jewelry with us for repair, resizing, appraisal or redesign, we will take reasonable care of it. Please collect finished work promptly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened prongs, or hidden flaws in stones that are revealed during normal work.

All content on this website, including photos, text, logos and designs, belongs to Exclusive Custom Jewelry or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without our permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.

Except for the warranty we expressly provide, our website and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when the order was placed.
