Shipping and Returns

• •Orders of $500 or more ship free within the United States.
• •Orders under $500 ship for a flat $25.
• •Every package is fully insured and requires an adult signature on delivery.
• •We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

In stock items typically ship within 2 to 5 business days after payment clears. Items ordered from our designers and vendors, or customized with a different metal, stone or size, typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Custom design work follows the timeline agreed on during your consultation.

Once your order ships you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you track down any package that is running late.

Customers in the Edmond and Oklahoma City area may choose to pick up their order by appointment at no charge. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time. A photo ID matching the order name is required.

Orders delivered to an Oklahoma address and purchases made in person are charged Edmond, Oklahoma sales tax of 8.25% (4.5% state and 3.75% city). Orders shipped to an address outside Oklahoma are not charged Oklahoma sales tax. You may owe use tax to your home state, which is your responsibility.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please refuse it if possible or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and contents. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us right away so we can open a claim with the carrier and our insurer.

We want you to love what you purchase. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

• •The item is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
• •The item is returned with its original packaging, appraisal and certificate of authenticity, if one was included.
• •You contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• •Custom designed creations and special orders.
• •Items that have been engraved, resized, or altered at your request.
• •Items ordered in a metal, stone, carat weight or size different from our standard listing.
• •Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by anyone other than us.

Contact us by phone or email with your order number. We will send you a return authorization and instructions for fully insured return shipping. Returns sent without authorization or without insurance are shipped at your own risk.

Every return is inspected on arrival. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Purchases made with financing, such as Affirm, are refunded through the financing provider according to its terms.

We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase for rings purchased from our collection, when the design allows it. Exchanges for a different item are subject to availability and any price difference. See our Warranty and Care page for warranty coverage.
