Quick Tip
The sidebar shows badge counts for pending orders, new custom requests, and unread messages so you can prioritize what needs attention first.
The Orders tab displays all customer orders with full details. Each order captures the customer information, shipping address, itemized products with customization choices, and totals.
When customers submit a custom creation request through the website, it appears here with a unique reference number (e.g., ECJ-2605-A3X7K). Each request includes the jewelry type, metal preference, gemstone specifications, budget, timeline, description, and any uploaded reference images.
Move each request through the production pipeline. The customer receives an email notification at every status change:
Email Notifications
Customers receive a confirmation email when they submit a request, and a status update email every time you change the status. You also receive an admin alert email for every new submission.
The Products tab shows your entire catalog with real-time stock tracking. You can adjust inventory levels directly from the dashboard.
Low Stock Alerts
When any product drops to 3 units or below, a yellow alert banner appears at the top of the Products tab listing all low-stock items. The product row is highlighted, and a warning icon appears next to the count. The Products sidebar badge also shows the number of low-stock items.
Since payments are processed through GoDaddy Pay Links (or in-person), the Payments tab lets you manually record each transaction for complete financial tracking.
The top of the Payments tab shows two KPI cards:
The Customers tab is your relationship management hub. View every customer's full history, manage VIP status, and log all communications in one place.
Click View Profile on any customer to see their complete profile:
Grant or remove VIP status from a customer's profile. VIP customers are marked with a gold sparkle badge in the customer list for at-a-glance recognition.
Click Log Communication on any customer profile to record an interaction:
Each log captures the type, direction (inbound/outbound), subject, and content with a timestamp.
Manage the Custom Pieces gallery that showcases your bespoke work to potential customers.
Creations can be deleted from the gallery using the trash icon. Featured creations appear first in the gallery.
The Messages tab shows all inquiries submitted through the website's Contact page. New messages are marked with a blue “New” badge.
Each message displays the sender's name, email, phone number (if provided), subject line, full message content, and submission date. The Messages badge in the sidebar shows the count of unread messages.
